ALGORITHM

1. Start generation of sound wave in ultrasonic range
2. To remove the noise send a low signal pulse for noise removal
3. Transmit the pulse for the 10 microseconds
4. To generate 8 pulses of ultrasonic wave
5. Make a function to calculate the distance
6. Convert it into the cm and inches
7. Display the distance on the serial port

ARDUINO – INTERFACING ULTRASONIC SENSORS – WATER LEVEL SENSORS
The HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor uses SONAR to determine the distance of an object just like
the bats do. It offers excellent non-contact range detection with high accuracy and stable
readings in an easy-to-use package from 2 cm to 400 cm or 1” to 13 feet.
The operation is not affected by sunlight or black material, although acoustically, soft
materials like cloth can be difficult to detect. It comes complete with ultrasonic transmitter
and receiver module.
